Political violence is no accident: it’s the plan. And for Democrats, it’s been a go-to strategy for almost two centuries.

Democrats lost power. They’re not taking it well.
They never do. In the run-up to President Trump’s inauguration, 42% of federal employees told pollsters they intended to “resist” the directives of the person just elected by a popular vote majority and an Electoral College landslide.
To Democrats, that’s what “protecting Our Democracy” looks like: blocking any agenda other than their own. Votes don’t matter unless the Democrats win. Cheating doesn’t matter if it helps Democrats win. The logic is quite simple, and much more understandable when you realize that a century ago, Democrats referred publicly to their party as “The Democracy”.
So it only stands to reason that if all political dissent is illegitimate, political violence is thereby legitimate. And that’s exactly how too many Democrats have seen it for nearly two centuries.
The current target is those who buy from Elon Musk, Trump’s appointed head of the new Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). By some counts, Elon has already uncovered more than $115 billion in federal waste, fraud, and ghost programs. He says he believes he’ll root out over $1 Trillion, possibly as much as $2 Trillion. That’s out of a $7 Trillion federal budget, and more than enough to eliminate the $1.8 Trillion federal deficit and begin paying down the national debt.
One might think that Democrats would applaud that: Biden, Obama, and Clinton all called for similar measures. But there’s a reason they never acted on those proposals. Cutting what any objective person would consider waste and fraud is an existential threat to a party whose power depends on permanent bloat, off-books slush funds, and unaccountable bureaucracies.
I’ve written or published quite a lot about the debacle of USAID, an agency with three times the budget of the CIA — indeed, more than the CIA and the State Department combined — that has operated for decades with zero oversight, outright refusing requests from Presidential administrations and Senate committees alike. Yet it has continued to grow year after year, with Democrats using it to foster Woke indoctrination around the world, impose forced sterilization programs in Third World countries like Peru, and occasionally overthrow a government here or there (see Ukraine, 2014, among others).
But those are just the headlines. The bigger point is that USAID has long employed countless Democrats and provided them with a means to reward friends and publish enemies around the world. Not friends or enemies of America: friends or enemies of Democrats. And they didn’t limit that to foreign countries: they carried out clandestine ops here at home to bribe American media and tip the scales in our elections.
Those are your tax dollars, being used against you. And if it were only USAID (83% of whose programs have now been eliminated by Musk and Secretary of State Marco Rubio). The whole federal bureaucracy — what we rightly call the “Deep State” — is exactly like this, just 300X larger.
So Musk is blowing the lid off all of this. And now the Left wants him, and everything he represents, and everyone who supports him, destroyed.
They’ve resorted to what they know best: fear, firebombs, and political intimidation. These things constitute domestic terrorism: seeking to bring about a political end through violence against unarmed civilians. It must be treated accordingly.
Tesla dealerships across the country are being vandalized, firebombed, and smeared with graffiti. Owners are being harassed in parking lots, confronted in traffic, and even physically threatened. It’s just a matter of time until someone — or a lot of someones — get killed.
From Las Vegas to Kansas City, Portland to Colorado, the pattern is the same: Molotov cocktails, bullet holes, anti-Musk screeds, and “Nazi car” slurs. One vandal even targeted a Jewish Tesla owner’s vehicle with a swastika. So much for the party of “tolerance”.
It’s not random. It’s orchestrated. An online hub — DOGEQUEST — openly doxxes Tesla owners (most of whom are probably not even conservatives), publishes dealership maps, and places Molotov icons over addresses of DOGE employees. Their message is clear: abandon Elon or you’re next.
Let’s be clear: even if you don’t get hurt yourself, do you want your $80,000 car firebombed? How would that affect your life? Your family? Would you be more inclined to avoid such a car? And isn’t bankrupting Tesla the point?
The DOJ is now rightly pursuing charges against these attackers as domestic terrorists. But these aren’t rogue actors. Democrat politicians and media elites are cheering them on.
Tim Walz, the failed VP candidate, publicly gloated about Tesla’s falling stock as if it were a trophy. MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow and Ari Melber tried to launder terrorism into “protest.” Comedy hacks like Jimmy Kimmel and Jordan Klepper laugh over burning dealerships while pretending they’re innocent observers. Klepper even justified the violence by parroting the lie that Musk defunded veterans and canceled medical trials. Anything to stoke fear and incite the violent.
Political violence is unacceptable. It’s not “protest”: it’s the death of a free society. It transfers power to corrupt thugs who rule over the people in the manner of mob bosses and dictators.
But it’s also the centuries-long go-to tactic for Democrats, a party built on big-city machines, mob bosses, and terror.
This Isn’t New — It’s the Democrat Playbook
None of this should surprise anyone. Political violence isn’t a bug in Democrat history — it’s a feature. After Democrats lost the Civil War they started, having been willing to see the South laid waste and the nation torn asunder rather than face even the possibility of losing their millions of slaves, they were disenfranchised in the South during Reconstruction.
So they created the Ku Klux Klan.
The Klan wasn’t some fringe group outside the system. It was the enforcement arm of the Democrat Party in the post-Civil War South. Out of power, Democrats turned to the whip, the torch, and the noose. The KKK was formed by Confederate Democrats to terrorize freed slaves and white Republicans. Their goal was simple: stop black Americans from voting, and punish anyone who threatened their hold on power.
They burned churches, lynched political activists, and assassinated Republican lawmakers. Their terror campaigns weren’t spontaneous — they were organized, strategic, and explicitly political.
And they worked. For generations after the end of Reconstruction, the South remained under one-party Democrat rule, enforced by violence and intimidation well into the second half of the 20th Century.
When that stopped working, Democrats didn’t evolve — they just changed tactics. By the 1960s, it was fire hoses and attack dogs. In the 1970s, it was the Weather Underground bombing the Pentagon (America averaged 300 such bombings per year in the early Seventies, all by the Left). Today, it’s BLM riots, Antifa, doxxing, Molotov cocktails, cities “occupied”, and targeted harassment. But the pattern hasn’t changed: when power slips from their fingers, they coerce. And once back in power, they use that same force to enforce.

It’s no wonder Democrats funded IRA terrorism in the 1970s and 1980s, wear t-shirts celebrating the Marxist murderer Che Guevara, and today riot on behalf of Hamas terrorists. The modern Left has simply swapped white hoods for rainbow flags. But the underlying philosophy remains: dissent is illegitimate, and violence is justified in the name of progress.
The Democrat Party is the only major political party in American history with a direct and unbroken lineage of organized terror. From the plantations to Portland, the playbook hasn’t changed — just the branding.
This isn’t about Elon Musk. It’s not about Tesla. It’s about power — who wields it, and whether voters get a say.
The Democrats have decided they don’t trust elections, not unless they win them (by one means or another). They’re horrified by accountability, especially when it threatens their slush funds. And they certainly don’t trust the American people. So they’re betting everything on chaos, intimidation, and the hope that no one will call it what it is.
But we will. This is terrorism, no different than in Lebanon or Northern Ireland. And it’s not some aberration — it’s a time-tested strategy. Democrats no longer want to govern. They want to rule. And where the ballot box fails them, they’ll use firebombs instead.
As the old saying goes, when people show you who they are, believe them.
