The report by David Sorensen of Stop World Control, that has been officially published back in 2023, presents official UN and WHO documents that prove this agenda is not conspiracy theory, but documented policy being implemented in elementary schools across dozens of nations right now.

What the Official Documents Say

The United Nations document titled “International Technical Guidance on Sexuality Education” reportedly states on page 16 that its aim is to “equip children to develop sexual relationships.” Page 17 explicitly mentions helping children form relationships with “sexual partners.” By page 71, the guidance instructs educators to teach five-year-olds about kissing, hugging, touching and sexual behaviors, while nine-year-olds are to learn about masturbation, sexual attraction and sexual stimulation.

The World Health Organization’s “Standards for Sexuality Education in Europe” takes this even further. According to the report, the WHO instructs that children between zero and four years old must learn about masturbation and develop an interest in their own and others’ bodies. Children aged four to six must learn about masturbation and be encouraged to express their “sexual needs and wishes.” From ages six to nine, children must learn about sexual intercourse, online pornography, secret love and self-stimulation. And shockingly, children aged nine to twelve should have their “first sexual experience” and learn to use online pornography and different sexual techniques.

Real-World Implementation: The Netherlands Case

The report focuses heavily on how this agenda is being executed in The Netherlands through an organization called the Rutgers Foundation, which operates in twenty-seven nations and is funded by Bill Gates, Planned Parenthood, and the United Nations itself. A staff member from Rutgers contributed directly to the WHO’s sexuality education standards, demonstrating the intimate connection between these entities.

In spring 2023, Rutgers launched a nationwide curriculum called “Spring Fever” in Dutch elementary schools. School posters featured two boys holding hands saying “Yes, we both want it” and two young girls finding a “safe place” to have sex. The curriculum aggressively pushes homosexual themes onto young children and includes books recommended for ages four to eight that contain explicit instructions about oral sex, complete with graphic terminology and encouragement for children to “try it” on themselves.

For ten-year-olds, the materials list “examples of things you can do with sex” including tongue kissing, licking vaginas, sucking penises, fingering, masturbation, vaginal sex and anal sex. A teacher training manual published by Rutgers explicitly states that “sexual and relationship education gives children ideas that will help them to start with sex sooner.” The goal is not healthy development but early sexualization.

News reports from The Netherlands describe the horrifying results: elementary school children performing oral sex on classmates, “sex games” where kids touch each other’s genitals, and schools distributing three-dimensional clitoris models to little girls to encourage masturbation.

The Pedophilia Connection

Perhaps most disturbing is the documented history of the Rutgers Foundation itself. The report traces Rutgers’ decades-long connection to convicted pedophiles and pedophilia advocacy. Dr. Edward Brongersma, a board member of Rutgers’ predecessor organization, was a convicted child molester who spent eleven months in prison for fornication with a sixteen-year-old. He was known for frequent trips to Asia where he abused underage sex slaves.

Brongersma published a magazine that featured naked children on covers exposing their genitals, children having sex, and comics depicting adults performing oral sex on little girls. One comic showed a pedophile with a young girl, ending with the message that the pedophile being in jail was wrong and “everyone seems weird” for being upset. The magazine published articles with titles like “How do I kill my father and mother?” which argued that families are prisons and that “in the family, love is impossible.”

The report documents that Rutgers signed a 1979 petition calling for the legalization of sex with children. The current chairman of Rutgers’ Supervisory Board is a former politician from a party that lobbied for the legalization of pedophilia. Rutgers is financed by an organization that is the legal successor to Brongersma’s vast child pornography collection. A former director of Rutgers admitted in an interview that he encouraged a group of elementary school children to masturbate because “the aspect of lust had to be developed.”

Rutgers and its pedophile-connected financiers jointly published a magazine discussing a six-year-old masturbating, a nine-year-old watching pornography, and a five-year-old having oral sex. This is the organization handpicked by the WHO and UN to create school materials for twenty-seven nations.

The Judicial and Media Push

The normalization campaign extends beyond schools into the judiciary and media. The International Committee of Jurists and UNAIDS published a report stating that “sexual conduct involving persons below the minimum age of consent may be consensual in fact, if not in law.” They argue that sex between adults and children should only be investigated if the child files a complaint with police, ignoring the reality that children can be psychologically manipulated into “consent” and often don’t understand what happened to them until years later.

The International Planned Parenthood Foundation distributed a manifesto within the United Nations stating that “there is a common misconception that young people are not, or should not be sexual beings” and that “sexuality and sexual pleasure are important parts of being human for everyone – no matter what age.” These are classic pedophile arguments repackaged as human rights advocacy.

Major media outlets have published a flood of articles with headlines like “Is pedophilia a sexual orientation?”, “Not all pedophiles are bad people,” and “I’m a pedophile, you’re the monsters.” Notably, none of these articles defend the children – all focus on sympathizing with pedophiles and reframing opposition as bigotry.

The Manual for Pedophiles

In The Netherlands, a political party for pedophiles distributed a thousand-page “Manual for Pedophiles” that taught adults how to rape babies and toddlers. It included methods for seducing children, psychological techniques to manipulate them into “consent,” instructions on stretching the rectums of infants for anal sex, advice on where to find vulnerable children, which ages are “safest” (babies can’t speak yet; three to four-year-olds are dangerous because they can’t keep secrets), and forensic techniques to hide DNA evidence from police.

The Dutch Minister of Justice, Ferd Grapperhaus, initially refused to ban this manual, claiming it contained “nothing illegal.” Only after years of public outrage was it finally declared illegal in 2023 – but only after it had spread widely and been used to facilitate the rape and murder of children.

Who’s Behind This?

Bill Gates emerges as a central figure. He is the number one funder of the World Health Organization and a major donor to the Rutgers Foundation. His name appears multiple times on flight logs to Jeffrey Epstein’s island, the notorious hub for child sex trafficking. Photographs show Gates with Epstein even after Epstein’s 2008 conviction for soliciting prostitution from a minor.

The corruption extends into the UN and WHO themselves. Peter Dalglish, a senior official who held high positions within the United Nations, UNICEF and WHO for over thirty years, was arrested in 2018 in Nepal, caught red-handed abusing two underage boys. He was sentenced to nine years in prison. Detectives say he had been abusing children for fifteen years while serving as a senior UN and WHO official. He lured children from their parents with promises of education and jobs.

Documentary evidence presented in the report shows that UN peacekeepers have raped thousands of children and women in nations where they claimed to bring peace. Former UN executive director Calin Georgescu testified before the International Crimes Investigative Committee that the UN is a platform for criminal oligarchs and that “the oligarchs behind the UN are pedophiles.”

Survivor Testimony

The report includes testimony from survivors of elite pedophile networks. One anonymous Canadian woman born into elite circles describes a “satanic cult network that is worldwide” where “a typical childhood will find kids raped a few thousand times by age eighteen.” She explains that inside these cults, everyone is encouraged or forced to have sex with everyone – siblings with each other, children with adults, children with children, children with animals. Regarding the school curriculum agenda, she states: “They’re taking normal cult behavior and trying to make it mainstream. Former top fashion model Nathalie Augustina revealed she was mind-programmed by the CIA to be a “sex kitten” for royal families, top government officials and Hollywood celebrities. Former jurist Anne Marie van Blijenburgh testified that she was present three times at meetings where children were raped and murdered on stage for audiences of government officials, judiciary members, military personnel, police, educators and media figures.

Part of Agenda 2030

The UN sexuality education documents prominently display the logos of UN Agenda 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. The United Nations has stated that Agenda 2030 involves “universal and transformative goals and targets which involve the entire world” and that “no one will be left behind.” The sexualization of children in schools worldwide is explicitly part of this agenda. The Biden administration released statements pledging to “accelerate implementation” of Agenda 2030 throughout the United States by 2030.

The Bigger Picture

This coordinated assault is happening simultaneously on multiple fronts. Drag queens have suddenly invaded thousands of schools worldwide, performing sexual dances in front of children. Transgender ideology erupted from nowhere and is now everywhere, pushed into every institution. Media outlets call for accepting pedophilia as a normal orientation. Judges call for decriminalizing sex with minors. All of this is happening at once because it is orchestrated.

The report warns that this is only the beginning. The same Dutch Minister of Justice who refused to ban the pedophile manual also stated that sex with dead bodies is not a crime. Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte was in his younger years part of a political group that called for the legalization of sex with animals. The removal of boundaries never stops – once natural protective barriers fall, the next barriers fall, and the next.

The Spiritual War

This is not a political issue. It is a spiritual battle between forces that want to destroy innocence, dismantle the family, remove natural shame that protects children, and create a generation of traumatized, sexually broken humans who cannot form healthy bonds or resist control. The entities behind this agenda have embedded themselves in international organizations, governments, judiciaries, media, schools and corporations. Their goal is total transformation of human existence, and they have stated clearly that no one will be left behind.

The Call to Action

The report urges everyone who reads it to verify the evidence independently, share it widely, investigate what is being taught in local schools, and stand up to protect children.
