We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are observing the turbulent times you are living in there on planet Earth, and we are offering you our compassion, our love, and also our knowing that you are going through some growing pains. Of course, not all growth must be accompanied by pain, but sometimes you choose that particular path in order to spur on the changes and the growth that you want to experience and to ensure that you don’t make certain choices again. You will remember how painful this time that you are living in right now has been, and it will be easy for you not to make the same mistakes twice.
Now, some of you might be wondering what mistakes you have made. Anything that has lowered your vibration in response to any aspect of your life has put you on this particular timeline where you’re having this specific reflection coming back to you from the universe that you are more than just a part of. The universe is you, showing you an aspect of you so that you can observe it and make the necessary changes that you want and need to make to your vibration so that you can get a different reflection.
You don’t need to judge yourselves. You don’t need to feel bad about having the vibration that you have right now that would show you this particular reflection. And yes, some of you are thinking that you are there to help and that it is not a direct one-to-one reflection of your overall vibration. You are correct. You are also there to help, and the way that you help is by raising your vibration.
You can also help by sending healing, compassion, love, positive energy, positive thoughts to all who are involved in the chaos and the turbulence and everything that you see out there in the outside world that is something other than peace, harmony, love, joy, creativity, freedom, and everything else that you want to see in your outside world. You can help, of course, by peacefully demonstrating, if that’s what you feel called to do, and you can help by sending donations when that is required.
There are actions you can take to be a part of the world that you want to live in, but first and foremost, you’ve got to take care of what’s going on inside of you. You have got to look at your reactions, your responses, to what you’re seeing out there on the streets. And you’ve got to clear any negative emotion that’s inside of you, any limiting belief, or anything else that comes up for you, that doesn’t feel good inside of you. If it doesn’t feel good inside of you, then it’s not serving you and there’s something you need to change.
You can change your perspective, you can change what you choose to focus upon, and you can choose the way that you are focusing on what you are focusing on. You can have more peace and harmony in your personal lives with the people around you, including your neighbors and co-workers and every other member of your community. Do not fight with others in your very own family and expect to live in a peaceful world. You will need to see the reflections.
And again, those of you who are awake know this. You know what the work is, and you know you are capable of doing it. You even know that you chose to incarnate at that time and in that place where you are right now, so you can be of benefit to more people. Keep it up. Keep moving forward. Keep your heads held high. Know that this too shall pass, and you will find yourselves living in a time where you can feel much better about the reflections you are seeing out there in the so-called real world.
You were made for these times, and you have all the tools and all the knowledge, all the spiritual practices, and all the helpers to help you get through these tumultuous times that humanity is facing. You are the ones equipped to face what you are facing. And we have every positive belief that we can possibly hold for humanity. We are holding space for each and every one of you all the time. Feel for it, because it is there.
