In an absolute brilliant move, President Trump just mobilized the entire country into action. Republicans, Democrats and everyone in between, are called to thoroughly watch the elections. When they encounter any form of voter fraud and document it, so it can be proven in a court of law, and lead to a real conviction, they will receive a $1m reward…
This offer is brilliant in many ways, especially in the side effects. Let’s have a look.
When I visualize this offer, I see dozens of people from all ages and backgrounds, in every voting station, demanding to witness the entire voting process. With their phones at the ready, prepared to capture every possible fraudulent action, in an effort to become a millionaire.
Will this be legal?
Yes, it is.
This is what the US Democracy Centers says about Election Observers and Monitors:
‘Justice Department election monitors have no special federal statutory authority simply because they are monitors or because they are Justice Department employees. Their rights are generally similar to those of members of the public.
Justice Department monitors can observe election activities, document potential violations of federal voting laws, and raise concerns with election officials. But they cannot take over election administration or order state or local officials to change their procedures.
They also do not have independent authority to enter restricted polling places or election facilities, inspect voting equipment, handle ballots, or demand immediate access to election records simply because they work for the Justice Department. Where state law does not otherwise allow access, Justice Department monitors generally must observe like any other member of the public and can be removed if they violate those rules.’
This means that ‘members of the public’ have the legal right to ‘observe election activities, document potential violations of federal voting laws, and raise concerns with election officials’.
They do not have independent authority to enter restricted polling places or election facilities, inspect voting equipment, handle ballots, or demand immediate access to election records.
Research by the National Conference of State Legislatures tells us that: ‘Nonpartisan or citizen observers also are common at polling places and are permitted by at least 35 states and the District of Columbia’.
So yes, as long as people don’t violate the rules or disturb the voting process, they are legally welcome to observe and document (potential) violations and voter fraud.
With involving the entire US community, Trump ensured the outcome of the elections have to be accepted by all. After all, everybody was able to see whether the elections were safe & secure.
This completely destroys the planned scenario of the Democrats, who are expected to fight the election results. Their behavior shows that they anticipate on losing the Midterms and were planning to fight their loss with fabricated poll results. Trump prevented this by inviting everyone to observe the elections, Democrats included.
Now that we have seen the immediate results of Trumps offer, let’s have a look at the side effects of this plan.
First of all, many anons (let’s keep calling them anons, as they are still the ones leading the way in understanding and analyzing Trumps actions) were expecting the invocation the Insurrection Act, just prior to the Midterm Elections. This is still something that can happen, but has become far less likely.
Invoking the Insurrection Act would mean the deployment of the military at the voting stations. It’s a very severe measure to ensure safe elections. Many legal websites tell us that the president has no legal authority to seize voting machines or send troops to the polls, which would make this possibility unconstitutional. This changes again when violence or (foreign) interference at the polling stations is expected.
As I’m no expert on US law, I leave it with this. Trump has all the experts and has often surprised us by finding interesting possibilities where others found none. As Trump likes to provocatively say: “Stranger things have happened.”
On top of this possibility, Trump planned that the elections would be ran by the Department of Homeland Security and FEMA, which was apparently blocked by the Federal Court. It’s unclear what remained of this proposal.
Under a new directive of the Department of War, U.S. Cyber Command and Combat Support Agencies will ‘prioritize and deploy advanced intelligence and cyber capabilities to identify, disrupt, and neutralize foreign interference in U.S. democratic processes’.
You can say the Trump Administration is doing everything it can to secure these upcoming elections.
Involving the people in securing the election is a strategic masterpiece.
It guarantees acceptance of the result and it unites all people in achieving the same goal.
Every sincere person wants fair elections. This is the basis of every democracy (even though we call the US a ‘Republic’). Only those who oppose the truth and aim for power while cheating will fight fair elections. Trump’s offer will unmask those who cannot win the elections without cheating.
The upcoming elections can become the ultimate wake-up call for the majority of the gullible liberals of the world. Those who still sincerely believe they do the right thing by supporting the left, by allowing open borders and allowing or even stimulating ‘pride’ and transgender in our society.
For them it’s very important that there will be no military deployed at every voting station. They are still brainwashed to believe that Trump is a narcissistic dictator. It doesn’t help to display military power which discourages them to vote.
America can only be united when every legal citizen, despite background or belief, can vote in freedom and safety.
Protected and observed by American civilians, this coming elections are going to make history.
And Trumps offer will even have more significant side effects, as it also includes past elections.
All those people who recorded voter fraud in the past elections, and who spread their videos only on social media, now have to opportunity to come forward and present it to the Department of Justice. When their case has been proven and the perpetrators punished, they will become millionaires.
What will probably happen?
The DoJ will be overloaded with proof and videos, showing that the 2020 elections were fraudulent, stolen and rigged. There will be no other option than to invalidate that election result. Something I will write about in another article.
Trump is giving the people a means to take back power and control.
Leading up to this current reward offer, President Trump announced last week a $25 million Fraud Whistleblower Incentive Program that rewards individuals who report fraud against U.S. taxpayers, offering up to 1% of the total amount uncovered or a maximum of $30,000 for successful tips.
“Independent journalists, and everybody, and all Americans, will now be able to go to the fraud.gov [website] and report cases of corruption and theft of taxpayer dollars in their communities,” Trump told reporters. “You let’s say report and you find a billion dollars, we are giving a commission to that person of 1%. It’s a lot of money, and if it’s $10 billion, $200 billion, $400 billion, we’re giving a 1% commission to that person.”
The best way to guarantee that governments are becoming the instrument for the people again, is to make them subject to control by the people they work for.
This common sense strategy, to give the power back to the people, will ensure a fair and accountable government.
I wouldn’t be surprised if this common sense strategy will lead to the complete reversement of the current control state, in which the government will be controlled in all its actions instead of we, the people.
In which those who want to perform government ‘duties’, will be thoroughly checked out by banks and reports will be made public.
It is common sense that when the people grant their power and money to an institution (government) to perform certain actions in order to make a society work better, that this institution shows accountability and openness of these actions.
That is where we are heading, my friends.
While the recent elections in Brazil and Serbia seem to have been rigged and the ‘losers’ cannot address it in fear of imprisonment and retributions, the US is setting the example for the world.
This has always been the plan. The plan to give the power back to the people.
As the elite of our world only cares about power and money,
as they have worked ages to take exactly that away from us,
in order to control us by a One World Government…
The one thing that Trump has always promised to do and is delivering now,
is giving back power to the people.
And he does so by giving them massive rewards.
Giving power and money back where they belong.
Bringing common sense back into the world.
We are witnessing the unfolding of the plan.
How lucky we are, how lucky we understand it, how lucky that we are part of it.
