It illuminates what is dark.
It can be blinding, and in those cases protective eyewear and sometimes even clothing is necessary to prevent physical damage.
It is necessary for growth.
It is a healing element.
The frequency is changing. Think about the word used – frequency. This is a reference to speed or to how often something repeats. With a more rapid frequency, it could seem as if you’ve missed “time”.
Remember that linear time is a convenience here, it is used to arrange events and meetings. It is not “real”.
The increase in frequency means that it may feel that you have missed something. This idea is difficult to explain so that it can be comprehended.
Think about a moving pinwheel. A strong gust of wind creates such speed that the separate wings are not visible. You can be looking right at it as it spins and “miss” seeing their individual form. Once the gust is over, the movement slows down, and they again become visible. They didn’t “go” anywhere. The speed of their revolution created an illusion of something else – a more or less solid blur of color.
In your case, things will not be slowing down.
You will adjust to the speed and your eyes will see differently.

Be aware though that there is also a release – what has manifested physically for you due to some form of darkness will have to go. In some cases, there could be pain.
The pain will not last. It will remain if in some way you remain attached to the darkness.
You are releasing attachments that don’t serve you. You are moving into a space of high frequency, pure love and peace.
This you do while physically incarnated among many who are not able to absorb or match the frequency. Remain individual in your assessment of what happens now. Others will have their own experience. You know, intuitively, what the changes mean for you. Allow them to speak to you.
Listen.
Watch.
Patience and self-awareness are necessary.
Be especially kind to yourself. This is not easy. Yet, you came to do it, knowing what was possible and that you were well equipped for this transformation.
