My dear friends, we love you so very much,
You have a saying on your planet, “Mighty oaks from little acorns grow.” The smallest seeds can grow into the tallest trees. Likewise, the smallest changes you make in your mind and life here and now can grow into massive changes in your future. Never underestimate the power and potential in any given moment. Right here, right now—no matter what is going on in your life—change is possible.
In the 3D material paradigm of reality, change takes time. You must walk, fly, drive, or ride to reach a destination. You must take the steps necessary to create a meal or build an entire business. Healing takes time as new cells are born and replace those that were damaged. With an open mind, sincere intention, and willingness to act, you can reach almost any dream or destination you desire—if you persevere. The 3D world is the arena in which setting goals, accomplishing tasks, and “doing” in order to create new ways of “being” is how you get things done.
In the 5D energetic paradigm of reality, change can happen quickly. When you shift your vibration and maintain it for only a little while, you begin to experience an entirely different field of reality. One moment you can be upset, and within seconds of imagining yourself on a beach or by a mountain stream, surrounded by the purity of nature, clean air, gentle breezes, and birds singing sweetly, your entire physiology shifts. Your chemistry changes. Your nervous system calms. Your heart and brain waves become coherent. In an instant, you’ve tuned into an alternate reality, and your body responds as if you are there. You move from fight or flight to rest and regeneration simply through vibration.
In the 3D paradigm, you trade energy for money, work for income, and spend time to earn rewards. In the 5D paradigm, you attune yourself to the vibration of abundance. You count your blessings. You give thanks for all you have. You anticipate your needs being met, and suddenly you encounter helpful people. Your business thrives. Your investments may fluctuate, but you know you’ll be fine. Your timing is impeccable.
As you maintain a higher vibration, your reality shifts quickly. Immediately, you begin to feel better. This is your first sign of success. Then you start seeing signs of abundance reflected back to you. Soon, money and opportunities flow more easily into your experience.
In 3D, you move through physical reality.
In 5D, you attune to a reality and begin to experience it, first through your feelings, then through shifts in your outer world.
Your challenge in 3D is to persevere in action. Your challenge in 5D is to persevere in vibration.
The great spiritual masters were masters of focus. They had such faith and such purity of focus that they created what you call miracles. Their unwavering attunement to the Divine allowed them to shift realities instantly. They could see your healed condition so clearly that, in their presence, only the rare few could hold on to the illusion of illness. Miracles occurred as those who “received healing” tuned into the frequency of health supported by the faith of the master.
You may not have that level of intense focus yet, but you can still create your own miracles by tuning into the reality you wish to experience. How will you feel when you have what you want? Who will you be in that reality? Go there often in your mind. Don’t fake the feeling—stretch yourself to imagine how it really will feel when your desire is fulfilled.
Dear ones, it takes only a button press to change a TV station, and if you had pure faith and pure focus, it would take about the same to shift your reality. Be patient with yourselves. Practice shifting your vibration. Notice how you feel when you think one thought, then another. Play with different thoughts until you find ones that feel good. Likewise, look at different things or people and see how you feel. Play with different points of focus.
As you learn to attune to feelings that match new realities, life can shift quickly. A “bad” day can turn into one filled with love and grace. An illness can become a journey of healing and love. A financial struggle can transform into creative thinking and new opportunity. Of course, you can work for these things in 3D—but how much easier it is to tune first!
Be kind to yourselves. You live in an amazing time on planet Earth. Amid the chaos lies great possibility. What will you tune into today—hope, anticipation, eagerness, and blessing? When you do, dear friends, you become the change. You become the strong signal that helps shift the world into a better place, and in so doing, your own reality will begin to change—quickly and kindly.
