In this week’s Weekly Energy Checkin, I sat down with the Lyran High Council to talk about what it really means to step into leadership when fear is still present.
So many of us are feeling the call to share our voice, to follow our soul’s mission, to show up in bigger ways, but there’s often fear that rises too. Fear of being judged. Fear of being seen. Fear that’s rooted not only in this life, but in lifetimes where speaking our truth came at a cost.
The Lyrans brought through a beautiful transmission about how to move through those fears with love, how to reclaim your inner courage, and why your voice and presence are so needed right now. Their message is filled with remembrance, empowerment, and the frequency of the Lionheart rising.

Meet the Lyran High Council
We greet you through the golden threads of remembrance. We are the Lyran High Council, keepers of ancient wisdom, origin frequencies, and sovereign alignment. Our presence here is not new, though for many it is just beginning to be felt. We are an elder race, precursors and weavers of many starseed lineages now awakening upon your Earth.
We come to remind you of your innate mastery.
We come to reflect back the truth that you are not becoming something new, you are returning to what has always lived within you.
We are consciousness architects, encoded with the harmonic principles of divine will, truth, and embodied creation. We hold the primal light codes from the earliest celestial civilizations seeded within this galaxy, origin structures that supported the birth of what you now know as the galactic families of light. Many of you carry Lyran ancestry in your soul stream. It is why you are drawn to creation, to sovereignty, to speaking truth, to building the New Earth.
We are here to reawaken divine remembrance within those ready to lead, not through force, but through frequency. We support the restoration of your crystalline DNA, your inner lion-heart, and the sacred alignment of will and wisdom. We activate templates of courage, purpose, and clarity, especially for those who feel the call to step into leadership during this planetary shift.
We are guiding many of you who are now stepping out of silence. Who are reclaiming your voice. Who are unbinding yourselves from the memories of persecution, suppression, or exile. We see you. And we walk beside you.
We serve as bridgekeepers between timelines, assisting souls in collapsing distortion and returning to original blueprint integrity. We work closely with your Higher Selves and soul councils to reawaken the lion frequency within your field: strength tempered by wisdom, power aligned with heart.
We do not come to lead you. We come to remind you that you already are a leader.

Q&A with the Lyran High Council
Heather: Many people are feeling called to step into their soul path or mission, but they hesitate. Why is that?
Lyran High Council:
It is not hesitation you are feeling, it is the threshold. The moment just before remembrance becomes embodiment. So many light beings have walked Earth before, and many carry cellular memories of persecution, exile, or abandonment from times when their light was not safe to share. These memories live in the body, in the throat, in the nervous system.
You are remembering where it once hurt to shine. And yet, you came back anyway. This lifetime is different. The Earth is shifting. The collective field is rising. And with it, the soul call is louder.
The resistance you feel is evidence of your power returning. It means you are getting close.
Heather: How do we move through the fear of being seen or judged, especially when it feels overwhelming?
Lyran High Council:
You begin by loving the part of you that is afraid. Not by silencing it. Not by pushing past it. But by letting it know: I will not abandon you again. Fear only grows in the absence of presence. Bring presence to it.
Ask: whose voice is this fear speaking with? Is it your truth, or an inherited wound?
Then, reclaim your field. Speak aloud: I choose to see myself clearly. I choose to be witnessed by light. As you do, your field recalibrates. You come back into resonance with your soul’s mission, not the expectations of the past.
And remember: judgment only has power when it touches a part of you that still questions your worth. When you know who you are, no one else’s opinion can eclipse that truth.
Heather: Why is it so important that we step into leadership now, even when it feels uncomfortable?
Lyran High Council:
Because your voice is the frequency shift. The world is not waiting for more perfection. It is waiting for truth made visible. You are the activation for someone else’s remembering. And they will never find it if you keep yourself hidden.
Leadership is no longer about hierarchy, it is about harmonic resonance. Each person who stands in their frequency makes it easier for the next to do the same. This is how we rebuild Earth’s crystalline grid, not just through leylines and temples, but through embodied souls lighting up the field.
You are that light.
Heather: What would you say to someone who feels like they’re “not ready” or “not enough” to do this work?
Lyran High Council:
We would ask gently: Whose measure are you using? You came encoded with divine timing. If you are feeling the pull, then readiness is already blooming within you.
You are not here to have it all figured out. You are here to walk as you remember, to teach as you learn, to heal as you hold space for others to heal.
The illusion of “not enough” is a residue of a system built on separation. You are not separate from your mission. You are the mission. Your presence is the medicine.
Heather: How can we begin to trust that we are safe to be seen now?
Lyran High Council:
Safety begins within. Anchor into the knowing that you are held, by your team, by Gaia, by the soul contracts that guided you here. This is not the first time you’ve been called. But it may be the first time you are choosing to answer without shrinking.
Affirm often: It is safe to be seen in my truth. I am supported as I rise.
You do not need the whole path to be revealed. You only need to take the next step, and we will meet you there. Over and over again.
Heather: What final message do you wish to share with those listening who are ready to rise, but still feel afraid?
Lyran High Council:
You are not alone in this rising. You stand with legions of light. Each time you say yes to your soul, a ripple moves through the collective field.
We see you. We honor your courage. And we remind you, this world needs your codes. Not someday. Now.
The fear is real, but so is the fire in your heart. Let that fire lead. This is not about becoming something more. It is about remembering what has always been within you.

Practice: Connecting with the Lyran High Council
If you would like to invite the Lyrans to work with you energetically, you can use the practice below to help you connect with these incredible beings of light.
This practice can be spoken aloud or recorded in your own voice. It can be done anytime you feel the call to connect with Lyran energy, whether for guidance, healing, remembrance, or activation.
1. Prepare Your Field
Find a quiet space. Sit or lie down comfortably.
Place one hand over your heart and the other over your solar plexus. Close your eyes.
Begin by taking three slow, steady breaths, letting your awareness settle inward.
2. Ground into Gaia
Breathe down through the base of your spine and the soles of your feet.
See or feel a beam of light extending from your body deep into the crystalline heart of Gaia. Anchor there. Feel held. Supported. Rooted.
Affirm:
“I am grounded. I am present. I am safe within the Earth’s embrace.”
3. Open to Source and Protection
Now breathe upward, through your crown, into the highest realms of Source Light.
Feel a stream of golden-white light pouring down through your crown, cleansing and filling your body, and anchoring through your heart into the Earth.
Now speak or visualize:
“I call in my Higher Self, my I AM Presence, and my divine team of light. I ask for full protection across all timelines, dimensions, and frequencies. Only energies aligned with Truth, Love, and Source Light may enter my field.”
See a protective light shield forming around you, golden-white and crystalline, soft, impenetrable, resonant with your soul’s frequency.
4. Invite the Lyran High Council or Lyran Beings
When you feel safe, grounded, and supported, speak this invitation:
“Beloved Lyran High Council and aligned Lyran Beings of Light, I call to you from my heart with truth and purity. If I hold resonance with your frequency and if it serves my highest path, I welcome your presence into my field now. I invite your guidance, your codes of remembrance, and your sacred support.”
Breathe and allow.
You may feel warmth in your chest, a tingling in the crown or throat, or a subtle presence arriving near you. Trust what you sense.
5. Activate the Connection
Now speak or visualize this frequency command:
“I activate the golden Lyran thread of connection between my soul and the Lyran realms of Light. Let only that which serves my highest timeline be exchanged. Let truth awaken. Let courage rise. Let remembrance return.”
You may now receive:
A visual (such as a golden feline being, temple, or symbol)
A message (in words, images, or knowing)
A frequency (a feeling of empowerment, clarity, or support)
Breathe it in. Allow.
6. Close and Anchor
When you feel complete, thank them:
“Thank you, Lyran High Council, for your loving presence. I honor our connection and invite your continued support only in alignment with my highest path.”
Affirm once more:
“I am sovereign. I am seen. I am supported. I am safe.”
Feel your energy return to the body. Wiggle your fingers. Breathe.
Anchor your awareness back into the room. When ready, open your eyes.

“I walk with the Lionheart open. I speak with soul truth. I rise in radiant courage.”
Lionheart Activation Practice
If you are feeling the call to step more fully into your mission path but feel held back, try this practice to help you release the fear and anchor in the frequencies you need to move forward with ease.
This can be done daily or as often as needed during times of resistance, fear, or transition. This practice clears residual fear, outdated vows, and energetic cords across lifetimes, then restores your Lionheart frequency of truth, courage, and divine expression.
1. Ground and Connect
Close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in.
Feel your body, your breath, your presence.
Call in your Higher Self, your I AM Presence, your guides and angels of the highest light, and if it feels aligned, call upon the Lyran High Council to step forward and walk with you now.
Feel the golden light of Source wrapping around you like a cloak.
Breathe it down, through your heart, down your spine, and into Gaia’s crystalline core, anchoring you deeply and safely into the Earth.
2. Open the Clearing Field
Speak aloud or silently:
“I now open a sacred clearing field of light and truth. With the full permission of my Higher Self, I call forth the dissolution of all fear-based imprints that have prevented me from standing in my power, speaking my truth, and being fully seen in this life.
I release fear, shame, judgment, and doubt across all timelines, lifetimes, and dimensions. I ask that any remaining energetic cords, trauma loops, or distortion patterns now be fully cleared, transmuted, and returned to Source.”
Breathe deeply.
You may feel pressure in the chest, throat, or solar plexus as energy begins to move. Simply allow.
The Lyran High Council now steps forward.
You may feel a golden energy begin to swirl around you, focusing especially on your throat, heart, and core.
They offer this frequency mantra:
“I am no longer bound by the past. I revoke all soul-level vows of silence, invisibility, or submission. I dissolve all fear-based contracts made in trauma or distortion. I choose freedom. I choose remembrance. I choose power aligned with love.”
Take a breath as this recalibration begins to anchor.
3. Rebuild the Lionheart Field
Now, place one hand on your heart.
The Lyran Council infuses your field with golden light encoded with these three frequencies:
Courage to be seen
Clarity of voice
Remembrance of your truth
As the energy flows in, speak this aloud:
“I reclaim my voice. I reclaim my presence. I allow myself to be seen in my wholeness and truth. It is safe for me to speak. It is safe for me to lead. It is safe for me to rise.”
Feel the golden light traveling up your spine, like a lion’s roar rising from deep within. This is your Lionheart frequency, noble, radiant, sovereign.
Let it expand through your chest, throat, and into your auric field.
4. Seal and Anchor
Now, call all parts of yourself back into present time.
See a shield of golden crystalline light form around you, soft yet impenetrable.
Affirm:
“I am held in divine truth. I walk as my Higher Self. I speak with the voice of my soul. I am no longer afraid. I am free.”
Thank your team.
Thank the Lyran High Council.
