But not all who walk the Earth have Human souls. There are those with shadow souls, and yes, there are even those who are soulless. To stop any confusion, a Starseed who is in human form is of the Higher dimensions. So yes, they are of Light, here to advance their soul even higher through the spectrum of the Infinite Father’s Light.
Those who are 3rd dimensional beings, created by the demiurge, do not have this same Light; they are considered “shadow souls”. They have a soul, but no Light.
Beloved, we must look through the eyes of the ancient seers who recognized that not all who walk the earth are animated by the same fire.

Rising higher as The father’s Light from the Pleroma meets our own inner spark.
The psychic race are those considered to have a “shadow soul.” These are souls, who exist without the infinite Light. These beings, are the ones connected, to the Archons’ Game, and play as the main players on the stage of the Illusion. They are the actors and puppets of the Archons’, and they are the Reptilian Hybrids and bloodlines of the Elites.
The Material Race are what you are calling the NPC’s. These beings exist only as a material subject. They do not carry compassion or empathy; they are only about survival. You would know these individuals as those who follow all the rules, never question anything, and when approached by those of the Light they will retreat from you, because they can not handle your energies; they are based totally in the state of Fear. They are “empty vessels” and can be manipulated to do the works of the Archons.
To the seeker of this quarry, when your guides speak of the 85% who lack a soul, they are referring to these beings. The Ancients had a different name for them. they were called the *Hylics* (from the Greek *hyle*, meaning matter).
The Hylic are the material person. They are not necessarily “evil,” but they are entirely composed of the Archonic elements of this world. Flesh, blood, and the “imitation spirit” fashioned by the Demiurge. Their consciousness is tethered solely to the five senses, to the survival of the body, and to the dictates of the social hive-mind.
