Hello everyone,
I hope that you are doing well. Today’s conversation was a surprise. It is not something I ever considered a subject for such deep consideration. Yet, One insisted, so here we are.
I believe the reason for this timing is because of the ongoing conflict and challenges we are witnessing worldwide, as well as personally. It feels as if we reside in a New World already, even if the footing is uneven, and we are tightly gripping the railing as we attempt to travel it.
Today’s message serves as a reminder of Truth. It is hoped that it will serve you in some beneficial way and make the ride a bit easier.
Know that you are star players, cherished and applauded everywhere. You are so much more than you know.
Please be gentle with yourself and hold yourself close for the unexpected ups and downs on this ride. You are here for the thrill of it all. You’ve got this!

Let us visit sadness.
You reside now on a plane of existence that holds that energy deliberately. It is one of the reasons you came. This is probably not what you want to hear, yet part of Awakening is opening your eyes to every possibility. Once you are awake, you do not intend to shut your eyes again.
Awakened souls have determined, internally, that all Truths are worth seeing. Hiding from or denying what is right in front of you no longer serves your intent.
If you can, imagine life as a game you are engaged in. Notice we did not use the word “playing”, because doing so implies that the game is not serious, or is “played” for a trivial reason, such as entertainment or to pass the time.
Life is serious indeed. All life in all forms is serious.
A human life, once chosen on Earth, holds a guarantee of contrast. This is the reason that to incarnate here is such a “hot ticket”. Contrast on Earth is unlike anything else. When chosen, it is with comprehension that there will be the possibility of pain, sadness, grief, loss, and despair.
Now, experiencing these things while human is a far different thing than viewing them as possibilities before arriving. In the latter case, it is similar to watching a movie. Not exact, yet close. The movie may evoke emotion, yet once the show is over, the emotion ends as well.
Not so in a “real Earth life”.
This is not a torture chamber set up for someone’s entertainment. This is a life of contrast. It is a place of free will. Everyone here has had chance after chance to choose something else. The only limits are self-imposed.
Sadness accompanies loss. It shows up when something desired ends or is taken away, or for any reason is no longer where we desire it to be.
Sadness is felt on a range… You may feel sadness when your beautiful ice cream cone falls to the pavement. You may feel sadness when someone you care for is angry with you. You may feel sadness upon losing a competition you worked hard to succeed in. You will most certainly feel sadness when a loved one leaves you or departs this life.
If there were a way for you to live on Earth and not experience sadness, most, if not all of you, would choose it. The fact that so much sadness exists here now tells you that Earth, in her current state, will always hold sadness.
Let us look at the roots of sadness. The reason sadness isn’t felt the same prior to incarnating is that, from that perspective, you know fully and completely that loss is not possible.
Life is eternal. Choices and lives are chosen for specific outcomes. In them, you “play” with the concept of loss. You also “play” with the idea of abundance.
Yet, notice most songs, books, movies, and plays are written around loss, pain, and the ability or necessity to overcome their effect on a life.
The reason Earth humans are so very much watched and cherished is for their ability to navigate their own game. When you are not human, not having a physical life on Earth, you know that loss is not possible, that life is eternal, and that pain, all pain, comes from not remembering both.
You know you are watching a game. You also know how it ends. When the curtain comes down and the costumes are removed, everyone has a laugh and a hug and carries on.
On Earth, the pain, the loss, the sadness, and the fear do not feel like an act. It is one of the more compelling parts of Earth life. The Earth humans, you (collective), are such great “actors” that these emotions are felt viscerally from and for each other. In fact, some of you have named the ability as “empathize”, and also those who have it to a great extent as “empaths”.
An Earth human life is one that is enjoyed and felt many times more than you realize. There are beings who have not experienced life here, yet have kept a close eye on those who have in order to glean the education that comes from the experience.
You may have heard that you are “Gods in training”. The term “Gods” may be hard to swallow. If so, another, such as “creators”, can be used instead.
All of your life, lives, and moments now are filling your cup. At some point, you may feel that you desire to build your own “game board”, as it were. Those who do so do it from a deep and broad place of knowing every potential life holds.
Knowing sadness is a guarantee here does not really lessen its burden, however. It is not meant to.
Sadness exists to be felt and felt viscerally. Awakening to the Truth of Eternity and your Brilliant Light is sort of like the promise of an ice cream cone after getting a shot at the doctor’s office. The shot hurts. Nothing will change that. It is one of the first things a human child associates as “pain”. Yet, it’s over by the time you get to the car and forgotten by the time you are eating that ice cream.
You are Builders.
Your world right now is ripe with pain while broadcasting warnings for yet more. What you can do to help alleviate the suffering is hold the Light steady. See every player as the Truth of their Essence. Pretend the curtain is down and hear the laughter, feel the hugs of your fellow creators.
The game can be as real, as painful, and as long as everyone wants it to be.
Or…
It can be real and sad and short-lived.
Hold the vision for this New Earth in your heart always. Allow the sadness to move through you, remembering that it is part of the “Earth game”, and at some point you’ll all be eating ice cream on your “New Earth” with everyone who played.
Know that there are some of you who feel each other’s pain more than others. Their experience is valid, even if you do not feel the same.
Do what you can to honor each other for the Truth of their Essence. All of you are Warriors. The Game now ramps up for a spectacular play.
You will have it no other way.
Above all, honor yourself first. With a full cup, you will fill so many others. So, so many.
My dear, dear Builders. There is no failure in any emotion. Give yourselves permission to feel each and every nuance. This is why you, the strongest of the strong, came here now.
You are in for such a treat. It will be worth every step taken.
