In this Warm and practical conversation, Heart Coherence Collaborative founder Kyle Boyd speaks with animal and tree communicator Kara Daniels of Deep Root Connections. Her central invitation is beautifully simple: step outside, open the Heart, and rediscover the living relationship between Humanity, Animals, Trees and Mother Earth.
Kara says this communication is natural rather than reserved for a gifted few. The same Love and Gratitude that bring people into Heart Coherence also open the shared field through which Animals and other beings communicate. Dogs, she says, often teach pure Love, while Cats can be wise intergalactic Guides and Horses multidimensional beings.
Gaia’s Upgrade and the New Earth (28:47)
Kara describes receiving a Soul Calling toward Animals, Nature and the wild ones when she was about six. She studied conservation wildlife biology, worked in research and outdoor education, then eventually followed the deeper calling into intuitive communication. Around the end of 2024, she experienced Gaia as renewed, younger and stronger.
“The New Earth already happened. It is already here, and it is slowly coming more and more into our physical reality.”
“She is so happy. She is just beaming with so much Love and Light.”
When Kyle asks whether there will be two Earths, Kara answers gently that she sees one Earth and a personal choice. Each person can meet the rising frequency through Love, rather than waiting for the world to force that choice.
The Trees’ Heart Practice (33:45)
Kara’s practice is accessible to anyone: choose a Tree you feel drawn to, sit with your back against its trunk, and connect with its Heart where the trunk meets the soil. She says Trees meet people where they are, match their energy and amplify it. Her reassurance for anyone afraid to open up is to begin with Nature, which holds no judgment.
“Go sit with your back against a Tree and just connect at the Heart space, where the trunk meets the soil.”
“They match your energy and amplify it. If you are afraid to open your Heart, start with a Tree.”
For Kara, this is the biggest next step for Humanity: spend time with the Trees and let a genuine relationship grow.
Fairies, Gnomes and Portals (17:49)
Kara describes entering a Tree Portal and journeying into another layer of reality within the Earth, where she meets Gnomes, Fairies and Elves. She says these beings help Humanity reconnect with Nature, clear density from the Earth’s energetic field and maintain connections with Galactic and Celestial realms, including Pleiadians and Arcturians.
“There is a whole city down there of different kinds of beings, like Gnomes or Fairies. Sometimes the Elves will be there too.”
“All of the Fairies that I have ever met are here to help Humanity reconnect with Nature.”
She presents these encounters as parts of one living, multidimensional ecosystem, not as something separate from our everyday world.
A Message from Bigfoot (48:04)
The conversation also turns to Bigfoot, whom Kara describes as moving between the Seen and Unseen realms. The message she receives brings the whole discussion back to the Heart: the way forward is not to chase extraordinary experiences, but to become present, loving and receptive.

The Power of Group Coherence (51:13)
Near the end, Kara and Kyle explore why Group Coherence can feel so powerful. In a shared field of Love, people do not have to force an experience; each person’s presence supports the others. Kara connects this with the same coherence she practices with Trees and Animals, making group gatherings a training ground for daily communion with Nature.
“When we come together in that coherence, it amplifies the field for everybody.”
“It is about opening your Heart and allowing, not trying to make something happen.”
Kyle recognizes how closely this fits his own work, and the two discover how naturally environmental science, spiritual practice and direct experience can meet.
A Final Message for Humanity (1:04:11)
Kara closes with a message for everyone who feels weary. The beings she communicates with recognize both Humanity’s Grief and its willingness to continue. Her final reminder offers Hope without pressure: the larger view comes into sight as we keep walking.
“We see you trying so hard. Keep going. Don’t give up faith, don’t give up hope. You’re almost there. Just keep going, one step at a time.”
