The One via Sophia Love – The journey continues…

Today’s conversation took place on October 27, 2025. There are some time references within it that will help to be aware of. The changes noted occurred on Friday, October 24, 2025. Also, there was a slight change in how One signed off… I am unclear as to the reason for that, but felt it was worth noting.

I’ll attempt to share what is felt here. It’s quiet. It’s a settling. It’s a sigh of calm. It’s recognition. Now things around me are full on; there is no calm anywhere! But in it, I remain. Things are not changing a sense of internal solidity, if that makes sense.

Thank you. Everything seems changed since Friday…

Yes, Sophia.

Let us speak about the recent surge of energy bathing the planet. For it has altered your reality in what may be the most decisive way. What this means for you who reside on her is that there are now consistent, rapid frequencies available for you.

For everyone?

Why yes, for everyone. Yet, they will be received, noticed, and interpreted uniquely. How they feel for you may not be identical to how they feel for someone else. Although the shift affects the whole spectrum, responses to it will vary.

Will you expound on that, please?

Yes.

Some will feel uplifted. Others will feel an intensity they do not comprehend. The rapidity of the energy now conflicts with anything that is denser, moves slower, or is predominantly fearful. This contrast will create confusion for those who operate from a fearful place. It could cause one of several very different responses to it, all without awareness.

One response will be to “armor up”. Protect yourself with whatever method you feel applies to the situation.

Another response will be to retreat. These folks will withdraw from both conflict and calm due to confusion. The unsettled feeling of this recent energetic pulse will make them wary.

Neither of these responses will last forever. This is because the frequency will be changing again, and also because the responses themselves don’t seem to be helping. In other words, they don’t feel any better after attempting to deal with them in these ways.

Another response is one of peace, joy, and calm. This is the response expected from readers of work like this, from the Builders. There is a settling in felt, a sigh, an utterance of “all is going to be okay”…

The current frequency supports your positive and loving expectations. You who are Builders can now relax a bit. What has happened confirms for you that you are in the right place at the right time. Things should feel a little bit more like home for you now. These vibes are closer to those you’ve lived within before.

You will be drawn to, and will attract, others for whom the resonance is felt. There will be a release for you of worry. The plan you are following has begun to bear fruit. Conditions are optimal for successful intervention and achievement. These words are universal and apply to every situation you find yourself in.

We’ve spoken before about trusting your intuition. Now, the frequency will all but place the best solution right in front of your eyes. Keep them open. Follow your instincts. Head towards joy. This joy can be evident in people, places, events or businesses. You will feel it. You will see it in the smiles on people’s faces and in people’s eyes.

I have noticed that for several days now. These last two in particular. But honestly, it only increases with each day. I notice happiness, cooperation, helpfulness, and kindness. It seems to be an epidemic.

Yes.

This is what those who are welcoming this new frequency with open arms will experience. The primary word is cooperation. This is what motivates action and response.

This does not mean that everything will be done for you and taken care of for you. This life you live asks for your participation in it. This is why you came.

It means that things will fall into place. The answers will show up relatively quickly. There is a patience in the air now. There is empathy. There is gentleness.

Frustration and anger are diminished, if evident at all.

This frequency comes on a base level of Love, not fear, and not control. It supports self-authority and growth. It allows for every possibility.

My dear star seeds, you begin now to breathe the air of freedom. This envelops you now, due to the work done for eons by you and so many before you.

You are becoming.

You are integrating.

You are expanding.

What comes next is a segment of the journey that will seem to some to be abrupt. To others, it will be satisfaction for a long-awaited reveal.

Know that the current energies will soften the arrival of every subsequent step. You Builders are doing a wonderful job.

If you witness or experience fear, breathe and call in all of your support. This too shall pass. The journey continues, and you are well-equipped for every step.
