Today, our discussion is quite dense and lengthy. I have read it a few times before posting. There are a few things that are not explicitly said that will be shared here.
The current intensity will only deepen for us, and we will adjust. Things returning to “normal” is a misnomer, as there is not an actual “return”, but rather an adjustment to the new levels. It will then “feel” normal to us. Yet nothing will be the same.
Nothing is the same now. Our facility to manifest only expands with each thought. For the past several weeks or so, when I see a clock without a repeating number or have to cross a road with any cars on it at all, I realize I must be out of sync. Life is different already for sure.
The discussion on achieving Mastery was filled with interpretations that words written here do not fully convey. It is more like learning any other skill, and as we do, we can consider ourselves “Masters” of whatever we have specifically achieved. This is not everything.
It explains why there are folks we encounter who seem so wise and generous of spirit in one area, and then, if you catch them in a different space, you discover there are hidden and darker parts that you hadn’t noticed. We are imperfect, perfect beings for sure.
Again, I am grateful to have received these words and humbled by the realization of how far I have yet to travel. This is a wild ride, and I am blessed to be on it with each of you.

I will speak more on the current frequencies, which will continue to change and accelerate. How this is experienced will differ for each of you.
We have spoken of this before, yet an attempt will again be made to reach deeper into the topic. How deep we can go will depend on linear “time” as well as the ability of the scribe. There are things that may be out of reach, concepts yet to come. We’ll see.
Can we begin then? It sounds as if you are saying that this may have to be a story that is gradually told, as there is absorption and comprehension.
Something like that, yes.
Let us first examine the word usage: frequency and energy.
Okay…
Frequency, a noun. The property or condition of occurring at frequent intervals.
The number of times a specific periodic phenomenon occurs within a specified interval.
The number of repetitions of a complete sequence of values of a periodic function per unit variation of an independent variable.
Energy, a noun. The capacity for work or vigorous activity. Synonym: strength.
Exertion of vigor or power.
Vitality and intensity of expression.

As can be seen, the two words are expressions of very different things; yet they are used interchangeably to describe the same thing. As in “the energies are affecting me” and “this frequency is wreaking havoc on my day”.
It may be helpful to discuss the differences and how they are impacting your day-to-day. The rate at which they change or enter is the same for each of you. The impact of their arrival differs.
It is helpful, as you proceed, to consider these differences as you do hair color, and not ability. This will reduce the tendency towards judgment.
What is changing at a rapid pace is both the energy and the frequency levels. They are not the same things, though.
Let us refer to the influx of changes as waves. They impact your world now and for some “time” in your “future” with more frequent changes that are, in and of themselves, each more powerful.
The reference to a roller coaster was given for that reason. Think about the up and down curves that gradually speed up as the coaster moves. Both things are accelerating – the number of rises and falls, as well as the speed in which you push through them.
What happens for you now depends on choice. This choice is always yours. The choice is what part of your life “needs” to be grasped more fully in order to evolve. The choices consist of every possible component of humanity.
It will be experienced as an emotional response, but it will be related to the real-life changes that are occurring for you. These could be changes in emotional, bodily, financial, spiritual, or relationship health. All of these are rapidly shifting. *
The ones that you may have “mastered” already will hardly be noticed. If they are noticed, they will be easily handled.
The ones that you are here to “get” or to “master” are the ones that are driving you nuts. They are persistent irritants that seem to be shouting at you:
“Notice me!”
“Fix me!”
“Heal me!”
“Figure me out!”
You get the idea and can substitute any appropriate phrase.
It will be said here that for those humans least interested in growth or evolution this time around (this incarnation), these things will be a constant topic of discussion. This is not a positive or a negative thing. However, you may use it as a barometer of your own journey. The things that you can’t let go of now seem more intense and frequent than you can remember. Your soul is speaking to you – reminding you what it is you came to “get”.
It could be patience or love or forgiveness or appreciation or value or pain or dependence or respect or authority or gluttony or power, the list is endless, actually. It will manifest in your life in a way that is perceived by you as your favorite emotional “addiction”.
You all have them. They are as difficult to stop as physical addictions. They include some form of irresponsibility in them, as well as self-absorption. These words are not meant as criticisms, but as alerts.
One of the primary components of Mastery is responsibility. A Master accepts full responsibility for every facet of his or her life. There is no blame or self-pity.
Once the full concept of responsibility is grasped, full and constant joy emerges. This is a result of 100% acceptance: acceptance of creative power and acceptance of the end result. Both power and responsibility are owned within a state of Mastery.
It may surprise you to know that Mastery occurs in stages, and each arena is independently mastered until there is full Mastery. At that point, everything about creation is comprehended and accepted. **
Know that there are multiple stages to Mastery, and all of you have occupied a stage at one moment (at least). You would not be here now if that were not the case.
Expect frequent and intense changes in the coming weeks. Eventually, things settle down. When they do, you’ll be in a much different place than you are today.
Have patience with yourselves and steer clear of judgment of yourself and others. This doesn’t imply that you have to “like” every other. It instead asks that you do not label them. For labeling is a condition of duality.
Duality is what you are moving out of.
