Hello everyone, and welcome to April!
This was another deep conversation that took words and gave them new meaning. As we move further into this year, it feels as if we are finding our most powerful, useful, and comfortable positions for whatever it is that we are here to do. The tone now with One is not one of teacher to student, but instead One to One. This has been gradually happening for many years, yet it becomes clearer with each conversation. Enjoy!

It is the One.
Thank you.
You are in the stage of full engagement. It is no longer a question of percentages or amount of incoming Light – the Light is here.
This stage is a bit like beginning any new endeavor you find yourself in. You are here. The tools and even some of the folks around you feel familiar. It is as if you’ve met before. Not in this current year of 2026. But at some point, yes, you know these things and these people.
So you stand or sit at an uncomfortable/comfortable place. It is one that reaches deep within for memory, and even further for skill. You are discovering what you bring to the table.
Some of you may discover it accidentally. It isn’t something you even knew you were looking for. Yet once you stumbled onto it, there was a quiet “aha” moment of familiarity. It just felt like home somehow. This is not like a job or career search. This is very different.
You may think of your jobs, daily activities, and “work” as avenues leading you to that place you are trying to get to. While you are there, you’ll engage people and/or activities that nurture and support the you that you came to be.
In other words, say you are a plumber. You visit hundreds of homes and businesses each year, helping to repair their water issues. As you do this, you hear their stories. You will find that some customers stay with you more than others. These are the ones that have something for you, and maybe that you have something for. It is never a one-way street.
The Engagement Stage happens in earnest once Action has been initiated.
Would you be more specific?
Yes.
To engage is to meet with or bond with or employ and initiate mutual involvement. It is the defining principle of an action. The action phase for you, my dear, dear Builders, is not random. It is quite specific.
The engagement that will occupy your days will become the force promoting, propelling, and constructing New Earth.
There are very loud players now who are naysayers. They point out what they see as wrong. They seek justice or correction or in some cases, just a raising of awareness. This is not the role of a Builder. In this current era, you will feel unified in purpose without being identical in method.
Some have come to expose.
Some have come to promote.
Some have come to comfort.
Some have come to heal.
Some have come to gather.
Some have come to Build.
You will see yourself in all of these statements or in one. The point is that each one of you is looking now to engage another or many others.
What are you engaging?
Wholeness
Unity
Love
Compassion
Equality
Support
Attendance
All of these are components of the Foundation you Build.
Realize that you may be embroiled in family or relationships or day jobs or health or structures that seem unrelated to Building New Earth. Each of these engagements is now activated with your core blueprint. We have spoken of this before, and it bears repeating: “As below, so above”.
You will build your New Earth in each conversation, in every “yes” and with all Love-based action. For your world is you, and will emerge from every small moment you engage agape.
You cannot hold hatred with some and Love with others. Both are diminished and as a result, murky and unresolved. Not nearly as powerful as you’d like them or imagine them to be.
You will have to let go of judgment.
This does not mean you’ll enjoy everyone equally. It means that you can, with pure Love, let go of what isn’t real (fear) in order to build with what is (Love). This is the Engagement Phase, my dear Builders.
What is real is your essence. It is what you bring to the table. It shows up in every interaction and relationship. It is your secret weapon.
You may have hidden it beneath a grumpy exterior, a type-A personality, or a down-and-out moment. Yet it remains. You, your essence, Pure Love, is the foundation. It is the tool for engagement.
Remember now, as things speed up and seem to change direction rapidly, that there are no random occurrences or meetings. They all matter.
You will “bump into” many surprising things and people now and now and now. You are changemakers. Expect change.
Look for the gold nugget in every interaction. Approach each with presence. Focus. There is nowhere else you are supposed to be, and you are right on time.
When and if you tire, rejuvenate yourself with the Truth of the Love that you are, and that surrounds you. For you are not ever alone.
My dear, dear Builders. For each one of you here on Earth now, there is a legion of Love around and behind you. You are held up, held close, and held in reverence for this work that you do. For as you are “successful”, we are all raised “up”.
It is sacred work that you do. None of it is inconsequential.
Your Pure Love is palpable. Trust.
