Today’s conversation is about us and how we are being impacted by this physical awakening and transformation.
I can report that most of the feelings mentioned by One have been personally experienced.
Yesterday, at work, a teaching center for children, there was a literal explosion and a screaming match between two parents. We all felt as if we were on a reality television show. It was wild. Clearly, the frequency changes and “cracks” are hitting every single one of us.
Please take care of yourself always and forgive any mishaps along the way. We are forging new ground, and haven’t quite figured out yet that we can fly!

There are several topics we will discuss. It feels prudent to bring to mind the physical symptoms that may be present for you. They increase now in frequency and intensity due to the stage you currently find yourselves in.
Realize that your inner struggles, battles, and adjustments are mirrored on the world stage. Never in your history has this been so broadly true for the collective. You are simultaneously feeling the tension that builds as your Earth morphs into something new.
You only need to peruse the headlines in any locale to read the details of the tension. In each, you’ll find struggles around power, dominance, control, wealth, and ownership. There is an obvious “changing of the Guard”. The “same old, same old” is not so readily accepted. Gradually, slowly, humans are rising up and saying, “not this way” to the “old Guard”.
This is a process. What is happening beneath the headlines is that new and younger leaders are readying themselves to take control. This is true everywhere. For some, it happens organically as certain individuals feel called to get involved in some section of society and grow into leadership there. For others, there has been a definite plan that awaits just the right moment for them to step forward. That moment approaches.
Now, as was said at the start, your physiology is a mirror for what is playing out globally. There is, within you:
Battles
Warning shots,
Arguments
Grief
Exhaustion
Depletion
Compassion
Generosity
Greed
Peace
Hope
Balance
Imbalance
Pain
Anger
Strength
Love, so much love.
Your world developed a societal “shell” to (shield us from) the dominance, hoarding, control, and abuse that ran your Earth.
That shell is cracking.
What it provided you with was the ability to move ahead and go about your life, relatively oblivious to what the controllers were actually doing. You could block it out and carry on living and loving and learning and growing.
Without the shell intact, oblivion is not possible. No one escapes the knowledge of what was done here. No one.
As the frequency and vibration level increase, your stability feels shattered.
This holds whether or not you are reading material such as this. The evolution, the awakening while physical, is happening right now and for every Earth human. The symptoms that follow are all part of your physical reaction to the shell cracking. They are listed in no particular order.

You can see from this list, which isn’t complete by the way, that almost any of them could be listed as a symptom of a medical condition. Be careful when it comes to diagnosing yourself. You are going through a physical Ascension process.
The shell, now cracked, offers you little protection. You are feeling it all. What you have been calling “disclosure” involves and includes so much more than spaceships and extra-terrestrial beings. What you are doing now is adjusting. Adjusting to feeling; feeling everything that is True. You build now strengths and abilities to deal with Truth in real time.
Your Earth has to expose itself before it can heal. There are still those who fight now to keep you in a shell so that they can continue their manipulation. A large part of disclosure is seeing the truth about who these people are and what they have been doing for centuries.
You are feeling raw and tired now because of the phase you are in. You are building strengths and inventing responses you didn’t know you needed. Trust what feels true, even if it is brand new and untested.
Remember, you are laying this path yourself. The most important one to trust is you.
Navigate these times with gentleness and permission to be wrong. There is no road for you to follow except the one you build yourself.
When unsure, give it a moment and reflect. Whether it be a physical, an emotional, a mental, or even a spiritual issue you face, remember that the shell has cracked and you are newly born.
You’ll need to try out new sounds, movements, and feelings and thoughts to see what fits. This, my dear ones, is your journey now. You have some time, not much, but some, to build up strength for an onslaught of “disclosure”.
You came ready for this. It will be worth every step taken. Trust that with each one you take, the next step will be obvious, and you’ll know what to do. Even if you aren’t 100% clear on the destination, you are clear on the outcome.
It is Love. It is Peace. It is fullness the likes of which you haven’t felt while physical. You are in for such a treat.
