I know many of us are tired at times, and seem to have great days and then, other days that sneak in and remind us that we are human after all. All of our life continues, with jobs and bills and relationships and all of it, while this incredible transformation is taking place that somehow we are orchestrating! We must be pretty awesome to have signed up for this! Or else, none of us read the fine print. (smile)

It is time for a discussion about physicality; physical presentation once there has been an energetic upgrade.
Please explain the term “energetic upgrade”.
Yes, for the entire race is changing. There are increases in frequency and resonance that your bodies are absorbing and adjusting to, absorbing and adjusting to… It is a nonstop inflow of “new”. Eventually, this will be evident for you visually.
How?
Many ways. The newborns are coming in already physically different. This is because their mothers have been absorbing and adjusting throughout the pregnancy.
What it amounts to, in the simplest terms, is “more Light”. You, and the field in which the Earth resides, are becoming less dense.
If you consider what Light does, it will help you to anticipate any changes. Light omits the darkness. Light illuminates things you want to focus on. Think about a Lighthouse, a spotlight, headlights, and the “limelight”. What all of those things share is a honing in on something deemed important, something you want to see, something that will show you what you are looking for.
Light is positive. It clears up the darkness. It brings warmth and comfort. It is a symbol for intelligence, a “bright idea”.
Physically, what more Light will accomplish is clarity, translucence, and upliftment.
The race has been shrouded in darkness. No more. It is literally, and right now, being encased in Light. Your bodies feel this even if you don’t have words to describe what you feel.
Part of what’s been “waking you up” these many nights is this influx of Light. It’s as if someone entered your dream state and turned on the lights. As a result, you awaken.
Your bodies will change. They are changing already. What will happen is not that you will become 100% Light and vanish. No. Remember that you are Light. Your core Truth is Light.
As your world transforms, more Light becomes “visible” as you. It is a challenge to explain, as this is something most of you haven’t seen.
You are at different stages, and this is as it should be. Your Light will be uncomfortable, perhaps, to some who rest in a different stage. Realize that the images portrayed in your artwork are attempts to paint what was described verbally. *
Some of you have witnessed Light emanating from others. ** Some of you have felt it and not realized what it was that you were feeling.
As global consciousness evolves, global vision will as well. The Light will be visible at times and to some. The children are better equipped now to perceive the Light. It will appear, to them, as “normal”. If you are around young ones in the coming years, you will see their artwork depict people with Light or color around them. Also trees. Also animals. It will take longer for the adult population to see that way.
Some of you are already noticing. This will increase. Pay attention when it happens and look for it. With practice, you’ll see Light often. Light is Truth.
You will be wanting different foods, and more water. You will feel energy move through you. This will be coming from other humans, local or non-local, and also animals and foliage.
For some of you, this is already commonplace. Expect it to increase in frequency and intensity.
Will we change physically?
You will and are. Slight alterations in height, weight, body temperature, skin and hair color will occur. As these happen gradually, you will not be shocked.
Again, some of you who are extremely intuitive will have already noticed these changes.
Your eyes are changing.
Mine seem to change randomly and in different directions; from clear to not so clear.
Yes. You are adjusting. All of your parts are.
Will our sleep patterns change?
They are now. Once the Light influx stabilizes, you will not wake up as much. You will find then that your need for sleep has changed. You will require fewer hours. Not yet, though.
These changes, how long will they continue?
It will be different for everyone. This is a complete restructuring. Some will feel it acutely and will have it for a shorter time period. Others will have it slowly and will take longer. Expect to be settled by the close of a year or so, with intensity decreasing as it proceeds.
This may change. The collective drives the timeline. Impatience may propel it, yet those with more intense changes will work to hold it up so that it can be tolerated and successfully completed.
You will feel quite different at the end of this influx; lighter, stronger, clearer, more focused and assured. You are morphing into a more natural state. As the Earth adapts to this influx of Light, you do as well.
It is a symbiotic *** process. It is not one to fear. When changes are obvious, realize that they are necessary and will only help you.
This is what you came for.
You are in for such a treat. It will be worth every step taken.

*I got an image here, actually many, of museum pieces that were quite old and showed some sort of angelic or god-like being surrounded by light. What was also felt was that they were not literal. In other words, the light wasn’t quite seen that way… What I am now feeling is that this light will not be quite visible in 3D. We will sense it and “see” it, but it is light on a different spectrum.
**I once had a vision. I was not quite dreaming, not quite awake, but conscious. It was my brother, and he was younger than he actually was at the time. He was surrounded in very bright Light. White/yellow Light emanated from him and surrounded him. He wanted me to know something about our mother; she had been moved. I was woken up by it, by him. It was vivid and clear as day. Days later, the information he told me was confirmed.
