Hi everyone,
Today is the start of something brand new. It is a surprise to me. I’ve read it more than once, and I will again. I think I almost get it now. (smile)
At the beginning, the “you” reference is general rather than personal. We are all at the same stage of readiness if we are reading material like this.
It was a different type of conversation, and quite specific.
Let me know your thoughts in the comments!
Sending so much love,
Sophia

It is the One.
Thank you.
This lesson will be unlike any previous discussions. For it is seen that you are ready now for deeper subjects.
It will be more of a dictation than a conversation. Please reserve your questions until it is complete. You will know when questions are appropriate.
What occurs for you, for all of you indeed, “saints” and “sinners” alike, is an undoing. No longer will labels suit your conversations or your imaginations. You are at the ending of the illusion. The illusion that has kept you mesmerized and asleep.
We will speak of the illusions as if they are undone in a specific and orchestrated format. This is not actually true. Yet it will help you to digest the information if it is presented in that way.
Each of you chooses your own undoing. One choice is not better, faster, or more evolved than another. Choices are merely preferences. Preferences within the illusion. Their importance is therefore self-defined rather than actual.
There is no order of importance. The totality of the undoing includes every element. This is true, regardless of when each element is encountered. This is true regardless of when each element is undone.
Time, as part of the illusion, creates orders of importance. As was said, and will be repeated, these are merely preferences.
The first undoing is satisfaction.
If satisfaction is true, dissatisfaction must also be true.
Satisfaction stems from desire, desire for a specific outcome. The outcome exists only within the illusion. The illusion that is yours alone. Therefore, any outcome satisfies what has been created by you. *
Do you see?
It is as if you held a crayon, intended to draw a circle, and instead drew an oval. Upon seeing what it was that you, yourself, created, you decided that you were not “satisfied”.
Is there any greater benefit to the circle? Is the circle somehow better than the oval? It is only better in your imagining.
You could just as easily and with as much conviction, notice the perfection in the oval just drawn. You could use it as the basis for yet another object. Perhaps it could be a bird’s egg, which could rest in a nest, which sits high in a tree that offers shade and shelter. It is all preference. Preference for a specific type of illusion. None of it differs in truth.
The undoing of satisfaction is not an end for you, but a beginning. It opens the door to joy. Joy in every occurrence, in each instance, and in all interactions.
Decide, instead of seeking satisfaction, to accept all that occurs as possible gateways to joy. For all of it is created by you, and you are Love.
The emanations from you, therefore, are also Love.
Love cannot dissatisfy or satisfy. Love merely is.
Love is in all you create.
To recognize Love is an experience of Joy. Joy lasts. Satisfaction is temporary. Dissatisfaction is temporary.
Once Love is beheld, joy follows.
Joy will accompany you in any endeavor, before, during, and after the circle or oval is drawn.
Seek joy rather than satisfaction.
That, my dear Builders, is the first undoing.
That is all.
So, can I ask a question?
Yes, Sophia.
Thank you.
Let’s use your example and say that I’m intending to draw a beautiful sunflower. I start with the center and it’s not quite right. I see that it’s more oval than circular. I do experience a feeling then of what you have referred to as “dissatisfaction”. What is the alternative?
Rather than think of this as an alternative, remember we are “undoing” things that hold us here, and bond us to the illusion. You are not going to replace anything. You will delve deeper into your creation to determine what it is that you’d like to create next.
Perhaps the sunflower is slightly bent against a fence and so has taken on an oval shape. Perhaps the sunflower picture is abandoned completely in favor of an egg or something else.
Seek not perfection but allowing. All components of your creation are allowed.
Welcome them. Love them. Feel the joy in your work.
For you are Builders. All of what surrounds you is your creation. Once you comprehend the Love that you are, you will know that Love in all that you create.
Do you see?
I do. It seems then that the first undoing of satisfaction should concern self. For we are our own worst critics.
Yes, Sophia, yes.
This introduction of self follows nicely from the circle. As Love, we are perfection and complete.
Allow yourself to be.
The rest will follow.
Yes, Sophia, Yes.
Thank you.
*What I interpret this to mean is that we are the creators of everything. Until recently, perhaps, we have not recognized our own hand, assumption or expectation in what we created. Intellectually, we know that now. Having an opinion, positive or negative, about something that we ourselves created is a fruitless enterprise. It won’t help or get us anywhere else. It is, quite literally, an exercise in frustration. Awake now, we need to be fully conscious. In this way, we’ll recognize why our life events are showing up the way that they are. We then can orchestrate them more deliberately. I hope this makes sense.
