Hello everyone!
What follows is one of my longer conversations with One, condensed into a surprisingly small number of words. This one may take a few readings. So much was included in it that there were moments in which I just absorbed the concept and then, together, we found the words to describe what was meant to be transmitted. I hope that it is clear to you.
I was reminded of a time when my partner and I experienced one “storm” while one of our children experienced another. I know I’ve shared this story before, so it may sound familiar. We were at home, doing our usual weekend thing. This meant sitting on the couch and getting absorbed in something together, usually something esoteric. It was raining. In the midst of our reverie, our son came home to tell us the entire block had no power. We looked at each other. We had plenty of power and were watching a documentary. The storm wasn’t in the lens we were looking through, and so we literally did not experience it.

Yes, Sophia.
“Are the high temperatures we are experiencing now caused by our gradual shift into a higher life expression? The Law of One books mention “unusable heat” manifested in 3D when we are shifting into 4D, which is somehow associated with the core of our planet. What might this heat look like at the final thrust into 4D?”
The question encompasses several facets of an ongoing process for you, for Gaia. Nothing occurs in isolation.
Nothing occurs in isolation.
All actions, movements, thoughts, and dreams are active components of creation itself.
It is hoped now to explain the process in practical terms so that it can be comprehended in your daily, waking life. The one referenced in the question as “3D”.
Dimensions are a term favored in polarity to describe a process that is more nuanced and less structured than the 3D, 4D, 5D, 6D names suggest. They are better termed assumptions for this discussion. They can and do shift moment to moment.
In your lives right now, it is safe to “assume” that you’ve traversed them on several different “levels”, all in the same calendar day.
Assumptions are characterized by focus. This truth defines your life right now. As a race, you are evolving rapidly into, as the question suggests, a “higher dimension”.
It is seen in frequency, in focus, in intent, in belief, in vibration.
You are One. One includes Gaia and all of life on and within her.
You have heard the term “butterfly effect”. * Change occurring in the tiniest component of One has an effect on every other component. “Time” and “distance” are non-players in the butterfly effect. They are conveniences only. Terms necessary to comprehend phenomena. Thus, things can be measured.
In truth, “dimensions/assumptions” are not measurable. They are known. They are experienced. They are felt. They are functional conditions within which life events are comprehended.
Now, to bring this into more “concrete” terms, viewing “death” through a 3D lens is catastrophic and painful. Viewing the same “death” through a “6D” or “7D” lens is liberating and seen as a joyful reunion. The same “death” with a different experience.
This question focused on “heat”. Heat is conducted by rapidly moving particles. What are termed “frequency” and “vibration” use “time” to categorize level, or dimension.
The more rapid movement, the faster vibration; the quicker frequency are all components of energy. Energy moving. Energy at a different rate, a faster rate, now produces increased heat.
The term “unusable” heat is a misnomer. For nothing is “unusable”. All of creation is regenerative. This occurs in every “direction”, meaning productive and destructive. There is no loss. There is only change in form.
So, yes, there is an increase in “heat” as Gaia and all of life alter their vibrational frequency. There is bound to be a change in form.
These changes occur differently depending on the lens from which they are viewed. Remember the different perceptions of “death”.
As above, so below, also within. The metamorphosis occurs gradually and all at once. Each of you sharing lenses and trading lenses and sometimes, looking through all of them at once.
Freedom of choice (free will) applies not only to Earth humans, but to Gaia and all of life on and within her. There is no random occurrence or unfelt effect.
On some level, from some perspective, in some “dimension” or “assumption”, an effect is felt, seen, and noted.
To answer more specifically still, there is no way for there not to be an increase in heat as the frequency changes. You are One.
