Today’s conversation comes to us as an answer to questions that were asked by several of you. It concerns these physical vessels we occupy and all that comes with them. Specifically, the questions revolved around illness, pain, and, frankly, what gives with so much of it.
I hope that it supplies you with an explanation and assistance for whatever life is throwing your way at the moment. Hang in there.

There are questions.
Yes. Several readers have questions about the physical condition of their bodies as we proceed. We’ve been at this for a long time now. Some of us face serious health issues and find them consuming so much/most of our focus, rather than actively contributing to building our New Earth. This can be frustrating. Would you comment on this, please? *
Yes, Sophia, yes.
The “job” you each took on differs according to location, purpose, specialty, and timing. In other words, some of your planned interventions and assistance may have happened a decade ago.
This is an orchestrated action, if you will. There are many moving parts and players. This is being said as we begin, to assure you that, as you are here, aware, and awake, you are most definitely contributing. That is a given.
Now to address physical issues. It is no secret that your bodies are living in an environment set up specifically to weaken you, to weaken you physically as well as emotionally. You are seen, or were seen, (as this is changing), as chattel, workhorses, and not much more. The softer or weaker you became, the easier you were to control.
The environment and atmosphere change slowly, yet change it does. Most of you are aware of the toxicity present and are taking active steps to stop its damage to your system and spirit.
This, my dear human, is a great thing. The momentum gathers speed as it travels around the globe, picking up more and more humans as it rolls downhill. The population is waking up, and as it does, the trend of inflicted damage slows to a halt. This takes time, yet you are well on your way.
There are those of you who chose a life where your physical body would assist in the purge of toxicity and abuse. You did so, knowing it was a necessary role and convinced that the end result would be worth the pain.
Living with the pain and uncertainty while human and housing a physical body in distress is a lot more intense than envisioned beforehand. The role chosen is one that is honored and respected.
What can be said is this. If you suspect that a physical ailment or condition is the manifestation of Earth’s release, you can be sure that it is. Not all ailments are. In this time of more rapid frequencies, your intuition is more often correct, though. Trust.
In whatever way you can, see yourself healed and simultaneously see Gaia renewed as well. You will be helping Gaia to process, purge, and renew as you take care of your body. There is nothing else for you to focus on other than healing. As representatives taking on such a role, you assist Gaia, you reduce the burden on her, and you accelerate the healing of all.
You have not been forgotten. Your pain and distress are not happening in isolation or without notice. You are vital to building this New Earth, even if the role you took on is not one of the more glamorous or obvious ones.
In order for you to succeed, do whatever you can to focus on what it is you hope for, both your own body and your New Earth. Stay there in your heart and know that you are not alone, not ever.
Call on helpers, both seen and unseen to increase your Light and accelerate your healing. Every single time you achieve a positive outcome, outlook, lab test or scan, Gaia is assisted; Every Single Time.
It is frustrating to be stuck in the middle of a corrupt and greedy medical system and an emerging Light and healing-saturated one. Yet, you, my dear ones, are living proof that the Light prevails, and healing is happening.
Trust in your plan and in the massive amount of support surrounding you. When discouraged, allow it to move through you to make room for belief and intention.
You have taken on one of the most difficult roles. This is because of your strength and integrity. You knew that some of the population would have to transpose of the darkness while in physicality, as this is an Ascension while physical and the only way it could happen. **
It was not a role chosen by many. You are to be honored for offering to do so.
Give yourself room to grieve. This is a human existence. You are not meant to suffer for your entire time here. Know that as your New Earth gradually emerges from darkness, you will as well. This, my dear ones, was your plan all along.
You are cherished. You are held. You are bathed in Light.
Hold these Truths close to help you proceed. You, my dear ones, are never alone.

That is what is occupying their life and is also a chosen role. These are challenging in different ways, yet all of them are taken on willingly to assist Gaia.
